Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Old Bridge, NJ. The role oversees daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy, ensuring safety and compliance. The position requires leadership experience and extensive phlebotomy background.

Responsibilities include training staff, implementing SOPs, and managing budgets and schedules. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; travel may be required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered along with incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy or healthcare environments.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensures licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is complete.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Performs site visits and QA audits; manages staffing and scheduling.
