Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Old Bridge, NJ. This hospital-based role oversees patient services, PSCs, and mobile/in-office phlebotomy operations, ensuring SOPs, safety, scheduling, and budget adherence.

You'll lead staff development, QA audits, and staffing plans while maintaining a high standard of patient care and regulatory compliance in a multi-location setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Where applicable, ensure all Federal, State & local licensure requirements are met, working with QA and Medical Director's offices.
• Ensure all Laboratory testing QA/QC documentation is complete and reviewed as required.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities (including upgrades, repairs, etc.)
