Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met in collaboration with QA and Medical Director’s offices.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and oversee safety, maintenance and cleanliness of facilities.
• Conduct site visits and QA audits; schedule supervisory visits to ensure proper supervision.
• Manage staffing including interviews, training, coaching and performance appraisals.
• Prepare schedules and monthly reports; monitor overtime and budget considerations.
