Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of experience as a phlebotomist.
• 6+ years as a phlebotomist (preferred).
• 3+ years of phlebotomy management or supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 20+ phlebotomists in patient service centers.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory, and logs.
• Coordinate schedules and payroll; performance appraisals.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Hire and train phlebotomists and communicate with clients.
