• Organize workflow and prioritize processing and distribution of specimens.
• Utilize equipment and computer systems to test requests and deliver specimens.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality control on equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Train new employees in theoretical and operational aspects of the position.
