Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program or 3+ years blood collection experience.
• Must meet state requirements for phlebotomy certification (where required).
• Excellent customer service skills are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites for testing.
• Maintain chain of custody and sample integrity.
• Verify insurance information for billing purposes.
• Package specimens for shipment.
• Maintain communication with Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager.
• Follow SOPs for sample collection and PPE safety.
