Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a full-time phlebotomy/clinical laboratory assistant at 60121 WI ACL Laboratories - AMC Sheboygan County. Schedule is Monday–Friday with a 1-in-5 weekend rotation. Pay range is $20.80–$31.20 per hour.

40 hours per week. Role includes specimen collection, processing, and basic testing under CLIA guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, handling specimens, data entry, and collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Typically 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Experience in laboratory functions and basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for newborns to adults.
• Receive, sort, track, and prepare specimens for testing.
• Perform limited CLIA testing and enter results in the system.
• Assist with histology processing and CAP checklist requirements.
• Support transfusion services and pathology workflows.
• Handle patient registration and data entry while maintaining accuracy.
