Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge and experience in phlebotomy or related laboratory function.
• Basic computer skills including experience using computer software applications.
• Keyboarding and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identification and obtain specimens per protocol.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens across age groups.
• Label and track specimens; resolve identification issues.
• Assist with inventory and equipment; support billing and other functions.
• Enter results and maintain quality control checks.
