Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator in Panama City, FL. This role focuses on coordinating PSC activities, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient patient flow while performing phlebotomy duties under supervision.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 2+ years as a phlebotomist, and leadership experience. Travel to additional sites may be required and PST incentive bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience as a phlebotomist.
• 2+ years experience in a people leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Monitor monthly productivity reports and report deviations as necessary.
• Promote teamwork, effective communication among coworkers.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
