Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, and strong customer service and communication skills. Travel to additional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist required.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and information logs.
• Monitor productivity reports and deviations.
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for all ages.
• Process specimens and handle billing information as needed.
• Travel to additional sites when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
