Job summary

Labcorp in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist Site Coordinator to join our team. You will perform skilled specimen collections, manage patient flow, and ensure accurate data entry and billing support. The role requires 2+ years phlebotomy experience and California phlebotomy licensure.

You will travel between sites as needed and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. We offer a quarterly incentive program, comprehensive benefits for full-time and part-time

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phlebotomist experience.
• California state phlebotomy license (CPT) or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Monitor monthly productivity reports and report deviations.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
