Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Supervisor to lead a small team of phlebotomists and patient intake staff at our Santa Rosa, CA site. You will oversee all aspects of the patient service center, drive service excellence, and develop staff.

The role requires California phlebotomy licensure (or active application), 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, and a proven customer-service track record. Expect a full-time schedule with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California Phlebotomy license or have an application filed with the California Department of Health at time of hire.
• 1–3 years of previous experience as a phlebotomist.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment; flexible to overtime and travel as needed; able to pass a color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 4+ phlebotomists working in the Patient Service Center.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels, and information logs.
• Monitor monthly productivity and report deviations.
• Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules.
• Perform payroll, monthly schedules, and performance appraisals.
