Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomy Representative – Site Lead at South Euclid, OH, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotational weekend duties. Lead on-site phlebotomy operations and ensure compliant, patient-centered service in a high-volume lab setting.

The role requires two years of phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma with certified phlebotomy credentials in designated states.

Competenze

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
• Phlebotomy accredited program, medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred)

Mansioni

• Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs).
• Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results.
• Communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients.
• Work with a consistently low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient/client situations, while supporting on-site staff.
