Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in McLean, VA. Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends, with a pay range of $23.20–$24.90 per hour.

This role leads daily activities at Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy sites, drawing specimens and ensuring accuracy for lab testing. The position requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Travel to multiple locations with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures at PSCs/IOPs.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing as required.
• Verify patient demographics and document results accurately.
• Enter data and maintain logs and inventories.
• Support supervisor with scheduling and staff coaching.
