Quest Diagnostics in McLean, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead to supervise daily operations at a Patient Service Center or In-Office Phlebotomy, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends.

The role draws quality blood samples, prepares specimens for lab testing, and leads PSR staff while maintaining patient trust and delivering accurate procedures. Pay range: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.
