Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Haverhill, MA. This role supports patient service operations, leads on-site phlebotomy teams, and ensures accurate specimen collection and data handling.

Work hours are Monday–Friday with rotational weekends and a pay range of $24.50–$26.25 per hour. Responsibilities include collecting specimens, data entry, travel between locations, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per established procedures and perform related tasks.
• Data entry of patient information and test orders; maintain logs and inventory.
• Provide safe and accurate phlebotomy services and maintain confidentiality of patient data.
• Coach and mentor new staff and assist with schedules and problem resolution.
