The coordinator will manage staff, ensure quality specimen collection, handle billing and scheduling, and travel to additional sites as needed. A phlebotomy certification or equivalent training is required or in lieu of experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a phlebotomist.
• 2+ years as a people leader.

Aufgaben

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
