Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to oversee Patient Service Centers within an assigned area and to perform phlebotomy under minimal supervision. The role collaborates with PSC staff, management, laboratory staff and clients to ensure optimal operation.

The position requires phlebotomy skills, strong customer service, and the flexibility to travel to additional sites. Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with rotating Saturdays 7:00am - 11:00am, and a comprehensive

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training program preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to additional sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and report performance, compliance, or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels, and logs.
• Monitor productivity and report deviations.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
