Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a phlebotomist.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage and travel to multiple sites to perform phlebotomy duties.
• Supervise a team of phlebotomists across several Patient Service Centers and client sites.
• Observe new employee performance and report to the supervisor.
• Conduct site inspections and report findings.
• Provide ongoing training to phlebotomy staff.
• Complete new hire and annual competency assessments.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory, and logs.
• Address customer service issues promptly and respectfully.
• Review schedules with supervisor and adjust as needed.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication.
• Perform phlebotomy and site coordinator duties as needed.
