Job summary

PathGroup in Newnan, GA is seeking a Patient Services Technician/Phlebotomist to support the PSC and in-office processes. You will perform venipuncture and specimen collection, greet customers, and ensure accurate data entry and processing in PathGroup systems.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification preferred (Louisiana requires it). Prior related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Phlebotomist Certification preferred (Required in Louisiana).
• At least 1 year of prior job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers appropriately and treats all customers with courtesy.
• Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Collects specimens according to procedures and explains venipuncture process clearly to patients.
