Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.
• Phlebotomy experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Review test/client information and verify orders.
• Data entry of patient registration and test orders.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required.
• Work with iLabs for billing data and reporting.
• Assist with monthly statistics and logs.
• Support departmental policies and safety procedures.
