Talentify is seeking an Entry Phlebotomist I for the Gainesville, FL location. This role focuses on lobby greeting, patient check-in, and supporting phlebotomy operations in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have phlebotomy experience, 1–2 years of customer-facing service, and strong data-entry skills. Primary duties involve patient comfort, accurate records, and teamwork to cover breaks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even as intern/extern.
• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Some phlebotomy exposure is required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients on arrival and answers questions with care and compassion.
• Help maintain waiting area integrity and cover breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills to grow within the company.
• Explain procedures to patients and build trust during visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Ensure lobby operations run smoothly and on time.
• Perform daily activities under supervisor guidance.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Keep required records and documentation updated.
