Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even if as intern/extern.
• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience is required.
• Some phlebotomy experience is required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival in lobby with care and compassion.
• Answer questions or concerns and maintain waiting area integrity.
• Assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Use phlebotomy skills to perform duties following established procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients in a safe, accurate manner.
• Demonstrate excellent customer care and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Maintain records and documentation accurately and on time.
