Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking an experienced Phlebotomy Manager to oversee inpatient phlebotomy operations, manage staff, ensure quality standards, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field, at least 3 years of clinical laboratory experience, and strong knowledge of CAP and The Joint Commission requirements. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of CAP and The Joint Commission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory and phlebotomy operations.
• Supervise staff, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, The Joint Commission, and CLIA standards.
