Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Associate’s degree with 3-5 years indirect leadership experience in lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Inpatient/Outpatient Phlebotomy to optimize staffing and equipment utilization.
• Hire associates, manage performance, schedule staffing, and approve payroll.
• Develop and enforce safety, quality, and operational policies; ensure compliance and training.
