Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead a team in Mission Viejo, CA and oversee operations across Patient Service Centers and client locations. You will manage staff, workflows, and ensure timely, accurate specimen collection.

Responsibilities include supervising 20–30 phlebotomists, coordinating schedules, payroll, and performance appraisals while maintaining exceptional customer service for patients and external teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid California State Phlebotomy License required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of 20–30 phlebotomists in Patient Service Centers and/or physician offices in Mission Viejo, CA area.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Monitor monthly productivity and report deviations as necessary.
• Coordinate phlebotomists’ schedules and assignments.
• Perform payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraisals.
• Partner with Human Resources regarding employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
• Hire and train phlebotomists to fill open positions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clients and internal teams.
• Travel to additional sites as necessary.
