Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; plus related Allied Health degree preferred.
• 1 year of SQL/LSA clinical lab environment experience or 2 years in leadership/training roles.
• Strong English communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work across locations and shifts; leadership and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight for the shift, manage workflow and schedule input.
• Review quality control records and ensure QA/QC compliance with accrediting bodies.
• Monitor section finances, supply usage and expense reduction opportunities.
• Lead staff training, perform orientation and contribute to competency assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and lab staff; act as liaison for testing inquiries.
