Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance across tests and records.
• Monitor finances and identify cost-reduction opportunities in the section.
• Participate in staff training, orientation, and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and lab systems teams regarding test orders.
