Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight for the shift and supervise bench positions.
• Ensure quality control, QA policies, and regulatory inspections readiness.
• Monitor section finances, supply usage, and expense reduction opportunities.
• Assist in staff training, selection, and performance assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses; participate in cross-functional teams.
