Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an SQL/LSA clinical laboratory environment or 2 years with leadership/training experience.
• Associate's degree in Allied Health or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in multiple laboratory information systems and hospital information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight for the shift, schedule management, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure quality by reviewing QC/QA procedures and maintaining records for accrediting bodies.
• Participate in section financial monitoring and cost-saving initiatives; track supply usage and expenses.
• Handle personnel management tasks including training, coaching, and employee development.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals; support department and system-wide committees.
