Qualifications

• Licensed Phlebotomist in California.

• Minimum one year of leadership experience.
• Experience with laboratory operations and QA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Phlebotomists to ensure efficient lab operations.
• Maintain compliance with COLA, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure lab safety per OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with billing for changes in tests and respond to coding questions.
• Review lab invoices and ensure invoiced items are received.
• Review and maintain Lab policies.
• Maintain and renew CLIA licensing for all locations.
• Prepare the Lab for inspections by keeping documentation organized and accessible; support accreditation renewal.
