Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Licensed Phlebotomist in California.
• Knowledge of lab operations, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as a Phlebotomist.
• Oversee phlebotomy, central processing, send-outs and processing specimens.
• Supervise Phlebotomy staff and Lab Receptionists under Regional Administrator.
• Coordinate with billing for changes in laboratory tests and respond to inquiries.
• Review lab invoices and maintain lab policies.
• Maintain and renew CLIA licensing for all locations.
• Prepare for inspections and annual accreditation renewal.
• Communicate changes in test procedures to impact patient care.
