Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required.
• ASCP-BOC Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• AMT/ASCP-BOC Medical Laboratory Assistant credentials accepted.
• Phlebotomy Tech credentialing accepted.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise blood collection and specimen processing to ensure patient comfort and high-quality samples for diagnostic testing.
• Manage end-to-end specimen lifecycle including receipt, centrifugation, and transportation to safeguard sample integrity.
• Maintain rigorous safety and infection control standards by sterilizing equipment and preparing testing instruments.
• Audit and resolve order discrepancies by managing pending lists and duplicate requests.
• Streamline administrative workflows through accurate data entry, demographic collection, and phone support.
