Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Graduate of Phlebotomy Training program preferred.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred; ASCP certification or eligibility within a year.
• Phlebotomy experience and lab experience required.

Responsibilities

• Train new LTAs and monitor activities on assigned shifts.
• Ensure specimen collection and maintain quality standards.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and processes specimens.
