Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Sandy Springs, GA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The role focuses on leading the patient service team, maintaining quality and accuracy across PSC/IOP operations, and providing coaching to staff.

Travel to multiple locations may be required. The ideal candidate has extensive phlebotomy experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage data entry and scheduling while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible hours and travel to multiple locations; weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Mentor and onboard new employees and support Staff Region as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors to manage PSC/IOP operations and ensure accuracy.
