Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Hayward, CA, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role requires a state phlebotomy license and offers a pay range of $31.90-$38.00 per hour, plus annual bonus potential.

Responsibilities include collecting specimens, data entry, billing, and supervising PSC/IOP operations. Travel within territory may be required to support multiple locations and onboarding for new staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• Phlebotomy certification (required in certain states, e.g. California, Nevada, Washington and Louisiana) (Preferred).
• English (Required).

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training as needed.
• Lead and mentor PSR staff and coordinate with supervisors.
