You will follow procedures to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of specimens. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, deliver excellent customer service, and adhere to privacy and safety standards.

• Educate patients about specimen collection procedures.
• Maintain records and troubleshoot specimen issues.
