Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 18800 Delaware St. Suite 150 Huntington Beach, CA 92648. The role involves blood collection, specimen handling, and delivering high-quality patient service.

You will perform venipuncture, data entry, and potentially travel to additional sites. A California CPT license and phlebotomy experience are required. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. Benefits and incentive programs apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).
• 3 months or more of experience as phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
