Job summary

Labcorp in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens for different tests, and ensure accurate data entry and patient service.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and a valid CA phlebotomy license; 1+ month of experience is preferred. Travel to other sites may be required, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Valid California State issued Phlebotomy license required.
• 1+ month phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Experience with Labcorp systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
