Job summary

Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions. We are seeking a phlebotomist to join our team at 11180 Warner Ave Suite 455 Fountain Valley, CA 92708, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential Saturdays.

You will perform blood collections, handle specimens, and provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities include data entry, processing billing information, and preparing samples for testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California state phlebotomy license (CPT) required.
• 3 months or more of phlebotomist experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
