Job summary

Labcorp in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join the team. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, every other Sat 8:00am-12:00pm. Candidates collect blood, prepare specimens, and ensure accurate data entry while delivering excellent patient service.

Minimum: high school diploma or GED or Phlebotomy certification; 3 months+ experience. Preferred: 1 year+ phlebotomy experience. Work locations include Patient Service Centers or client offices with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or Phlebotomy certification/training.
• Phlebotomy experience or training preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens and related tests.
• Enter patient data accurately and timely in the system.
