Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Manassas, VA. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include collecting specimens for drug screens and tests, entering patient information accurately, processing billing data, and traveling to additional sites as needed. You will deliver excellent patient service and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
