Job summary

Labcorp in Upland, CA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1310 San Bernardino Rd Ste 107 Upland CA,91786. Work Schedule: Tue-Sat 7:30 am-12:30 pm with possible overtime and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include blood collection, specimen handling, data entry, and delivering excellent patient service across age groups. Prior LabCorp experience preferred; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).
• 3 months or more of experience as phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
