Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Part Time to join our team at 6400 Haven Ave Rancho Cucamonga CA 91737. Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 7:00 am- 12:00 pm with potential overtime. Responsible for blood collection, specimen handling, data entry, and exceptional patient service.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, California CPT license, and 3+ months of phlebotomy experience. Preferred candidates may have 1+ year experience and prior LabCorp work history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).
• 3 months or more of experience as phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
