Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a phlebotomist to join our team at 4300 Rose Dr. Suite T. Yorba Linda, CA 92886. In this role you will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements include a California Phlebotomy license (CPT) and a high school diploma or GED. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus; travel to additional sites may be needed, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections byvenipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
