Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. You will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and Phlebotomy certification or training, with preferred experience in phlebotomy. Some overtime and travel to additional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform specimen collections and handle patient data accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity, alcohol testing, etc.
• Enter patient data accurately in the system and process billing when needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs for patients and samples.
• Provide exceptional customer service and travel to additional sites as needed.
• Perform clerical duties and work with minimal supervision.
