Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at Yucca Valley, CA. The role involves blood collection, specimen handling, and patient service in a fast-paced environment within a Labcorp facility.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, a California CPT license, and 3+ months of phlebotomy experience; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm with potential overtime and travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
• California state license to practice phlebotomy (CPT).
• 3 months or more experience as phlebotomist.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
