Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion certificate or documented competency with ≥100 venipunctures.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Epic or similar registration systems.
• Excellent customer service and reliable transportation to arrive at work locations.
• Ability to work with patients across all ages in PSC settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered registration, laboratory, and diagnostic services in PSC settings.
• Collect blood specimens via venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks.
• Verify patient identity and order accuracy; label specimens.
• Perform outpatient EKGs as assigned and support Epic registration workflows.
• Assist with specimen processing and transport to the core laboratory.
