Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative I to be the welcoming face for patients as they undergo blood collection and related procedures. You will draw blood, prepare specimens for testing, and communicate procedures with care to patients in a professional, confidential setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliable records management while supporting area supervision and maintaining a positive image for patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic phlebotomy skills with pediatric and geriatric focus.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency required.
• Shift in Central time 7am–1pm, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and explain procedures.
• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and accurate records.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviours and patient confidentiality.
