Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in certain states).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Synectics to patients with professionalism and empathy.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Verify patient demographics and label accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; adapt to multiple locations as needed.
